Pricing FAQ

Common questions about Sprint pricing.

Why fixed price instead of hourly?

Hourly billing rewards slow work and surprises the client at month-end. Fixed-price Sprints force us to scope tightly upfront and ship without dragging. You know what it costs before you sign.

What happens if scope changes mid-Sprint?

In-scope: included. Out-of-scope: documented in writing, priced as a second Sprint or a written change order. We do not silently expand scope and bill more later.

Do you offer retainers or hourly add-ons?

Not publicly. We focus on Sprint-shaped work. Post-Sprint support is sold as a second 14-day support Sprint at the same fixed-price model.

Who owns the code?

You do. Full source code, no proprietary layers we license back to you, no vendor lock-in we control. Repo transfers to your GitHub org on delivery.

What payment methods?

Stripe invoice (card or ACH) or direct bank transfer in CAD. 50% to kick off, 50% within 7 days of delivery.

Why is the Strategy Sprint credited back?

The AI Strategy Sprint exists to help you decide whether and how to build. If you decide to build with us within 60 days, we credit the $5K in full against the build Sprint. We do not want strategy work to feel like a tax on doing the build.
