Agentic Workflow Sprint
You have an ops process that runs on copy-paste, spreadsheets, and three people in Slack. The Agentic Workflow Sprint replaces it with a live agent flow that triggers on real events, calls the right tools, and stops when it should. We use n8n or Make for orchestration when those fit, custom code when they do not, and we always leave you with a human-in-the-loop kill switch.
Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Questions, answered straight.
- What is an agentic workflow and when does it make sense?
- An agentic workflow is a multi-step process where the LLM picks the next tool to call instead of a hard-coded pipeline doing it. It makes sense when the input is open-ended and a single linear flow cannot cover the cases. For repetitive, well-shaped jobs, a deterministic pipeline is cheaper and more reliable.
- Do you build with LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom orchestration?
- We default to the lightest orchestration that works — often direct tool-use loops on the provider SDK. We use LangGraph for workflows with real branching and state; CrewAI and Autogen come up rarely. The framework should not drive the architecture.
- How fast can you start?
- Most engagements start within 1-2 weeks of the discovery call. If you need to start sooner, tell us on the call — we keep a small amount of capacity reserved for urgent work and will be honest about whether we can meet your date.
- Do you work with companies outside Canada?
- Yes. Creative Brain Inc. is based in Brampton, Ontario but works across North America, the EU, and AU. We bill in CAD, run async across time zones, and overlap a few hours daily with your team for live work.
